Eldercare have been operating a social alarm control centre near Manchester since 1987. It is a well-established independent company offering the highest standard of quality and service on a daily basis.
In 1998 Eldercare became the first Social Alarm Control Centre to be granted three British Standards and is currently the holder of BS 5979 (Cat 1), BS EN50134 pt7 and ISO9001. In November 2005, Eldercare achieved Telecare Services Association Code of Practice Part One compliance.
